Ancestry Library Edition

A genealogical online service that provides access to more than one billion names in more than 3,000 databases, including digitized versions of primary source documents and a variety of genealogical research tools. This database is only available in the library.

Heritage Quest Online

Includes searchable images of U.S. Federal Census records, digitized family and local history books, PERSI, an index to genealogical and local history periodicals, and Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty Land Warrant Application Files.

Sanborn Maps of Maryland

Sanborn maps are large-scale plans of a city or a town drawn at a scale of 50 feet to an inch. The maps list street blocks and building numbers including numbers in use at the time the map was made and previous numbers.
