Contents of the Vertical Files
The Maryland Room includes a heavily used collection of clippings from
newspapers, journals and magazines relating to Easton, Talbot County
and Maryland's Eastern Shore. This continually growing collection
is called the “Vertical Files” and at present contains approximately
600 folders of clippings and other serendipitous information. The
clippings cover all types of information and number in excess of
ten thousand (10,000).
This list contains all the subjects for which there is a folder in the
